Description

JUMPERZ headphone extension cables feature 24ga-2c, 100% shielded, flexible heavy-duty jacket, secured solder points, heat shrink for added strain relief and Neutrik Nickel & Silver NP3X TRS and NJ3FC6 Locking 1/4" Jack.

All JUMPERZ cabling is lovingly handcrafted from a own proprietary custom spec wire and married to the world's most trusted connectors with silver solder. Sprinkle in smart, field-tested design with a fanatic attention to detail and you'll recognize that these cables are built to outperform and outlast the competition.

Pure Bare Copper (PBC)
PBC is a term other cable manufacturers would prefer you forgot. Why? Because they don't use it - it's just too expensive. Since JUMPERZ respects your audio as much as you do, every ZipLines cable is spun from PBC. Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA), conversely, has only 70% of the conductivity - thus increasing resistance and the impedance of your signal.

Oxygen Free Copper (OFC)
Contrary to accepted cable mythology, OFC doesn't improve the sound of the cable, but provides greater flexibility before breaking than non OFC. Therefore all the PBC copper used in JUMPERZ cabling is also Oxygen Free.

American Wire Gauge (AWG)
AWG is the methodology used to measure a bare cable's thickness without the jacket or insulation. The lower the number, the thicker the gauge. For example, 24 AWG would require 24 turns to equal an inch. Therefore, it is 1/24" wide. 26 AWG is 1/26 wide.

Legitimate Connectors
There is an ocean of cheap, knockoff connectors on the market that look like the brands we trust, but certainly don't perform to spec. Poorly fitting connectors increase impedance and lose voltage (your audio!). Imagine all those electrons of your music traveling down a piece of wire at 2/3 the speed of light and falling into a crevasse - only some shall pass.

Individually Jacketed and Individually Shielded (IJIS)
JUMPERZ snake cables have nineteen strands of PBC yielding 24 AWG conductors. Securely jacketed by the thickest PVC available to provide the maximum conductor insulation, signal transmission is exceptional. Superior noise rejection, flexibility and all of your audio.
