The Cloudlifter Zi has continuously variable input impedance and high-pass filtering which work in tandem to create a remarkable amount of tone control through manipulation of impedance. Having sweepable Z control allows the contouring of tone at the most basic level, whether capturing audio with a microphone or going direct with your favorite instrument. Just turn the Zknob and fine tune the shape of your tone.

The Cloudlifter Zi's high-pass filtering adds even more flexibility. When engaged, the frequency cutoff is affected by the impedance setting, allowing for a sweepable frequency reduction from the subsonics to deep into the mid-range.
