Victor is an NYC-based audio engineer, musician and Institute of Audio Research (IAR) graduate. His Live Sound experience includes handling event needs such as multi-band line ups, quick setup changes, and ambient music routing.

Victor's credits range from intimate performances by Debbie Harry, Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Sugar Hill Gang, to meetings and conferences at Columbia University. His video editing/digital recording studies at NYU enabled him to bring additional knowledge to Dale Pro Audio.

Victor shares an "on the road" lesson: Having the right gear is beneficial when it comes down to the wire. With only a few minutes before a music venue opened for its re-launch, their board failed. Victor pulled out the old board and was able to quickly install an Allen & Heath console, thanks to its user-friendly layout. As they say, the show must go on. . .
