Message from Our Owners Regarding Coronavirus

By Phone, E-mail, and Online - We're Here.

As we're all aware, our world is being heavily affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This is an unprecedented global event that is causing a number of disruptions to our daily lives. We continue to closely monitor the situation and have been taking all warnings from local and federal officials seriously. We have been ensuring the health and safety of our team and being mindful of local closures and service changes.

At this time, our current plans are to remain open for business to the best of our ability. Our sales team is equipped to take your inquiries via email and phone and will be working remotely. We feel this is the best way to help our team be with their families and out of harm's way. Thankfully, the advent of new business technologies has enabled us to continue to operate with minimal disruptions.

Our warehouse area will continue to pick, pack, and ship orders. During this time, however, we are making the following changes:

  • No "Walk-In" Transactions
  • No Product Demos

Our pickup area on 95th Avenue will remain open. Lastly, as we cannot foresee how our carrier partners (UPS/FedEx, etc...) may be affected, we apologize in advance for any delays in shipments from our HQ.

As a business that's been family-owned for over 60 years, we know the value of coming together in times of adversity and we are confident that we will collectively overcome these challenges. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding and look forward to serving your needs (as we always have) through these difficult times.

Sincerely and with best wishes,
Valerie and Michael Lager,
Dale Pro Audio Owners
