Shipping Policies - Updated Summer 2025
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the package's dimensional weight, destination, service choice, and insured value.
- Shipping rates are based on a daily feed from UPS Worldship.
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- In-stock items usually ship the same business day (Monday through Friday).
- Our shipping cut-off for same-day shipping of in-stock items is 2:00 pm EST.
- Items that show "Not In Stock - Reserve Yours" have to be ordered from our supplier and then are shipped to you.
- When possible, we will have out-of-stock items shipped to you directly from our supplier.
FedEx - Our Preferred Partner
We’re proud to partner with FedEx to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Choose the option that works best for your timeline:
- FedEx Ground® – Affordable, dependable delivery in 1–5 business days, depending on how far your package is traveling.
- FedEx Express Saver® – Guaranteed delivery in 3 business days by late afternoon to most U.S. destinations.
- FedEx 2Day® – Your order arrives within 2 business days, by the end of the day.
- FedEx Overnight® Services – Need it tomorrow? Choose from early morning, midday, or end‑of‑day delivery, depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions
- FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska must use FedEx Express services (2Day® or Overnight®).
United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Priority Mail: Delivery within 2-3 business days for most locations.
International Shipments
Please note: Effective Fall 2023, Dale Pro Audio's website can no longer accept online orders from outside of the United States.
Website visitors with an IP address outside of the USA will not see any "Add To Cart" functionality. Please contact our sales team directly for assistance.
USPS and UPS Worldwide Saver
- For USPS shipments, package tracking is not available for all shipments, and is sometimes limited at best.
- UPS Worldwide Saver is recommended for most shipments.
International Order Restrictions
- Dale reserves the right to refuse international orders based on the merchandise ordered or the destination country. Certain manufacturers do not allow their merchandise to be shipped outside the US.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered "FINAL SALE"
- Dale's shipping price does not include any local duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be due prior to delivery. Dale can not advise you on what these charges may be. Please consult your local customs office for information on these fees.
- Dale can not declare the items shipped as a "gift" or declare a value for the merchandise lower than the amount paid.
