Milton's career in the audio business began at Martin, where he worked his way up from inventory control and receiving to parts department sales, before landing a role as a purchasing agent in its final years.

He then moved on to Sam Ash for 11 years, where he honed his chops for his current position as Dale Pro Audio's head of parts and accessories.
