    Description

    This adaptor is designed to supply power where and when you need it. With selectable DC output up to 12 V and plugs to fit most small electronic devices, it replaces a box full of batteries and wall warts.

    Features:

    • Auto-detection of AC input from 100 to 240 V for global use
    • Selectable DC output for 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9, or 12 V operation
    • Six interchangeable plugs to fit most small electronic devices
    • A green LED to indicate power on and proper operation
    • Short Circuit Protection (SCP) to protect the device
    • A folding AC plug for safe and secure storage and transport

    Instructions

    1. Determine the voltage required to power the device and select the same voltage on the adaptor
    2. Locate the DC input on the device (sometimes labeled DC IN) and select the plug that best fits the jack
    3. Determine the polarity required to power the device and insert the plug into the cable receptacle to match the polarity
    4. Connect the adaptor to line power and operate the device according to the manufacturer's instructions

    Precautions

    • Take care to select the proper polarity when inserting the plug into the cable receptacle; failure to do so may damage the device
    • Unplug the adaptor before selecting a new DC output voltage; failure to do so may damage the device
    • The adaptor emits heat when operating at its maximum capacity for an extended period of time; handle with care when hot
    • Disconnect the device immediately when the SCP deactivates the adaptor (the LED dims) to prevent damage to the device
