Description
The WR-218S-DX is an externally powered, high-performance subwoofer system designed to provide outstanding performance in terms of output power, bandwidth extension and distortion. The WR-218S-DX incorporates two 18LX long excursion cone transducer.
Designed for the outdoor installation market, the WR-218S models are available in two finishes. The CX (covered exposure) finish for applications where cabinets are covered or protected, and DX (direct exposure) finish where cabinets are unprotected and directly exposed to the environment. The CX versions are protected with a thick ISO-flex polyurea coating. The DX versions augment the protection rating by employing a fiberglass exterior. Stainless steel fittings and mounting hardware are offered on both versions.
