Description
Line identification units are often used in busy studios to record an audio message on a circuit, then playing it back on a loop. The GS1U-0288 provides 10 independent line idents,that allow each circuit to be identified by just listening to the pre-recorded message. The GS1U-0288 also provides a 1kHz tone at Od8 to allow correct audio level setting.
Features:
- 10 independent line identification circuits
- Each circuit records up to 20 seconds of message
- On playback, 4 seconds of a 1kHz tone at OdB is added after the recorded message
- On playback recorded message and tone is continually repeated Small 4 LED PPM to indicate playback levels for each identification channel
- New recording IC sampling at 12 kHz
- Messages are recorded into non volatile memory (saved even after power down)
- Front panel loudspeaker for monitoring of identification channels
- Front panel headphone jack (cuts LS)
- Front panel LS & headphone volume control
- Any identification channel can be routed via front panel listen switches to LS/ headphone
- Simple to use record/ playback/listen front panel switches
- Front panel microphone for recording messages
- Rear panel external line level input for recording messages
- Front mic/ ext input routing switch
- Compressor/limiter circuit on mic amp for clean audio messages
