he optional A108DL Digilink module allows the m108 to connect to Avid Pro Tools|HD Accel, Pro Tools| HDX, and Pro Tools|HD Native interfaces. The A108DL module emulates the Avid HD I/O interface and features two Mini-Digilink connectors. One is labeled PRIMARY PORT and one is labeled EXPANSION port. The concept of these ports is similar to those on an Avid HD interface. However, since the m108 is an 8 channel input and 2 channel output device, these ports allow two m108s to be connected together to emulate one Avid HD I/O with a standard confguration of 1 ADC card, 1 DAC card, and one Digital IO card.
The Digilink option module requires m108 frmware version 1.07 or higher.
