Merging Technologies MassCore - Double Upgrade and Support Renewal (USR)

MASSCORE D-USR is for customers owning a MASSCORE engine for Pyramix/Ovation, two major versions behind from the most current.

A MASSCORE D-USR is necessary in addition to the relevant Pyramix/ Ovation Pack D-USR.

For example, customers running Pyramix PREMIUM 14 with MASSCORE, and wanting to upgrade to Pyramix PREMIUM 16 with MASSCORE, need to purchase a Pyramix PREMIUM D-USR as well as a MASSCORE D-USR.

MASSCORE D-USR gives:

• Access to the latest major release of MASSCORE engine
• Reinstates support eligibility until the next major version is released
• Free key transfers and name changes

For customers owning a MASSCORE engine one major versions behind from the most current version (for example: Upgrading from Pyramix 15 PREMIUM with MASSCORE to Pyramix 16 PREMIUM with MASSCORE), a MASSCORE USR (Upgrade and Support Renewal) can be purchased as well as a Pyramix PREMIUM USR (Upgrade and Support Renewal).

Notes:

• Customers owning a valid ASM for their MASSCORE system on the release of Pyramix 16/ Ovation 12 are entitled to a free USR to Pyramix 16/ Ovation 12 for both their Pyramix/Ovation as well as the MASSCORE engine.
• Access to technical support is free as long as a customer runs the most current major version.

This product, along with other USR and D-USR products, replaces the old ASM / Upgrade plans, now discontinued.

Note: MASSCORE installers are bundled with the new Pyramix/ Ovation installers.
