Merging Technologies Pyramix Premium - Double Upgrade and Support Renewal (D-USR)

Pyramix PREMIUM D-USR (Double Upgrade and Support Renewal) is for customers owning a Pyramix PREMIUM pack two major versions behind from the most current.

For example, for customers running Pyramix PREMIUM 14 and wanting to upgrade to Pyramix PREMIUM 16.

Pyramix PREMIUM D-USR gives:

• Access to the latest major release of Pyramix PREMIUM pack (including any newly launched features in that pack)
• Reinstates support eligibility until the next major version is released
• Free key transfers and name changes

For customers owning a Pyramix PREMIUM pack one major version behind from the most current version (example: Upgrading from Pyramix PREMIUM 15 to Pyramix PREMIUM 16), a Pyramix PREMIUM USR (Upgrade and Support Renewal) can be purchased instead.

Notes:

• Customers owning a valid ASM on the release of Pyramix 16 are entitled to a free USR to Pyramix 16.
• MassCore systems require an USR/D-USR for MassCore as well as the USR/D-USR for the relevant Pyramix pack (ELEMENTS/ PRO/ PREMIUM), so two different USR/D-USR.
• D-USR is not available for owners of Pyramix versions more than two major versions behind from the most current.

This product replaces the old ASM / Upgrade plans, now discontinued.
