Merging Technologies Pyramix Pro - Upgrade and Support Renewal (USR)

Pyramix PRO USR (Upgrade and Support Renewal) is for customers owning a Pyramix PRO pack one major version behind from the most current.

For example, for customers running Pyramix PRO 15 and wanting to upgrade to Pyramix PRO 16.

Pyramix PRO USR gives:

• Access to the latest major release of Pyramix PRO pack (including any newly launched features in that pack)
• Reinstates support eligibility until the next major version is released
• Free key transfers and name changes

For customers owning a Pyramix PRO pack two major versions behind from the most current version (example: Upgrading from Pyramix 14 to Pyramix 16), a D-USR (Double Upgrade and Support Renewal) must be purchased instead.

Notes:

• Customers owning a valid ASM on the release of Pyramix 16 are entitled to a free USR to Pyramix 16.
• MassCore systems require an USR/D-USR for MassCore as well as the USR/D-USR for the relevant Pyramix pack (ELEMENTS/ PRO/ PREMIUM), so two different USR/D-USR.
• New Pyramix customers who purchased their license within 60 days prior to the release date of a new version will receive a free upgrade and continued technical support.
• Access to technical support is free as long as a customer runs the most current major version.

This product, along with other USR and D-USR products, replaces the old ASM / Upgrade plans, now discontinued.
