Description
A 1U 19inch rack mounted AoIP monitoring and mixing unit. WL64-4 allows three modes of operation a Mix mode, Listen Mode with Hold and Listen Mode with auto cancel. In each mode 4 independent mixes can be created of up to 64 channels at 48kHz (32 channels at 96kHz)
The Mix/Listen outputs are also routed to the AoIP output.
Each mix is controlled via the Nixer iPad app on up to 4 separate iPads. Each iPad is able to monitor it's own mix via its internal speakers or via headphones connected to the iPad. More iPads can be connected but they have to share mixes and control. Connection of the iPads to the WL64-4 is via Wi-Fi via the WL64-4 access point or via Ethernet and external Wi-Fi access point.
The WL64-4 is operated and controlled via the large letterbox 6.6" diagonal (168mm) 1440 x 240 24-bit colour LCD and capacitive touch panel.

A simple and elegant menu system has been designed to be intuitive to navigate allowing the user to access all the local features of the WL64-4 very quickly.
The high-resolution screen is easy to read presenting comprehensive metering, routing and status information to the user. Firmware updates of the WL64-4 are achieved via a dedicated USB micro AB connector on the front panel.
On the rear of the WL64-4 unit there is a Primary and Secondary port for the AoIP input. The Control RJ45 allows the WL64-4 to be set up via its own web page.
The WL64-4 can be powered via either or both of the 2.5mm DC input connectors requiring 12V-24V @ 1.5A. The DC input also have a screw lock to prevent accidental unplugging. Using both inputs provides redundancy. The NIX00629 is required to power the WL64-4 and is purchased separately.
