Item Was Fine But Customer Service Was Exceptional

This is just a rough-in ring for a ceiling speaker - just a stamped piece of metal - nothing special. However Dale Pro was literally the ONLY place in the country that had them in stock (or so the web site said). Since everyone else was sold out of them (including the manufacturer), I called Dale Pro to make sure their web site inventory wasn't a mistake. The person I spoke with was kind enough to actually go out to the warehouse and make sure he could put his hands on them for me, and then made sure they went out the same day by 2-day Air to keep my project on schedule. Usually we would hate to pay retail for something like this since we are a QSC dealer, but Dale Pro had what we needed and went the extra mile to ensure we got it on time, so in this case I'm happy to pay them for their great service as much as for the actual product.
