Sennheiser RF Wireless Sound Academy - Co-Sponsored by SoundGirls.org
Taking a cue from the advanced features in their wireless products, Sennheiser promotes "True Diversity" in the world of Audio Engineering, and partnered with SoundGirls.org to promote and produce this all-day workshop, helping to educate and empower women in the field of Audio Engineering.
Sennheiser partnered with SoundGirls.org to co-sponsor the RF Wireless Sound Academy, held February 15th, 2017 at the Sennheiser Pop-Up Store in SoHo Manhattan.
Vanessa Jensen and Eric Reese from Sennheiser's Customer Development and Application Engineering Team were on site to lead an all day training seminar on wireless multi-channel systems focusing on wireless microphones, wireless monitoring systems, and antenna placement.
At the end of the seminar, we had a moment to speak with Vanessa and Eric about the event:
"It was a great session! The group was very interactive! People came in with a lot of great questions! When we do these sessions, we like them to be more of a discussion, rather than a presentation. We had a lot of people come in from various parts of the industry, and we were able to talk about a lot of things, and address a lot of the concerns people have about wireless. It was a pleasure to host this event with SoundGirls.org!"
