Best Wishes For 2021 From Our Owners

As 2020 draws to a close, we would like to take this time to offer our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to our customers, vendors, and their representatives.

To say that this year has been challenging would be an understatement. Nearly every corner of our industry has been severely impacted by the ongoing pandemic. Times have been tough for all of us. Venues closed, live events ground to a halt, and the economy has been hit hard.

But, as always, everyone found ways to adapt. We devised new methods of getting sound where it needed to go. Our culture as a whole dealt with the “new normal” admirably and powered through these unprecedented times.

As we turn the page to 2021, we realize there's a long road ahead before things return to normal. But one thing you can count on is our commitment to impeccable customer service with a personal touch, just as it’s always been for over 60 years. We’re confident that we’ll all continue to work together and overcome the challenges ahead.

Sincerely,

Michael and Valerie Lager,
Owners, Dale Pro Audio
