InfoComm Hall Exterior

InfoComm 2023 was a resurgent showing for the installed AV world, as various professionals from all over the world converged in Orlando, Florida. The show welcomed 29,325 verified attendees, a jump of nearly 50% over last year’s edition in Las Vegas.

Our team was there, checking out what was new with many of our brands, and saw some exciting new things. Some of these included:

  • Powersoft unveiled a new line of remote controlled (via cloud) install amps with DSP called Unica.
  • Wisycom showed their ultra-miniature MTP61 bodypack transmitter.
  • Waves developed their own LV1 stage box from the ground up, the all-new Ionic 16.
  • Ashly's new AQM1208 processor took home a Best In Show award.
  • TOA Electronics showed off their new IP-A1 Series IP-based audio system, designed to make paging, announcements, or other managed audio playback simple as can be.
  • Symetrix announced the new xIO XLR line of rugged, powerful, Dante wall plate endpoints coming in the fall, and the T-7 Glass touchscreen controller.
  • Bose Professional introduced their new PowerShareX amplifiers, developed in collaboration with Powersoft.
  • Dynacord's new V600:4 amplifier is incredibly powerful and versatile, complete with dynamic wattage sharing across all four channels.
  • RME showed their new M-32 Pro II converters. They will handle up to 32 channels of either AVB or Dante network conversion.
  • LEA Professional is finally shipping their long awaited Connect 1504 and Connect 1504D cloud-controlled amplifiers.
