New & Expanded Customer Service Experience

One of the many lessons we've learned after over six decades of partnerships and relationships is the value of prompt, fair, and honest customer service. Our team knows and understands the professional and often mission-critical markets that we serve. We've been there - many of our staff have extensive backgrounds in demanding production environments, and we know failure isn't an option.

Dale Pro Audio takes pride that our customer service and support team is just as elite as our Sales Professionals - ready to go the extra mile for our valued clients who deserve nothing less.

We're proud to announce that we've expanded our Customer Service department, complete with dedicated email and toll-free number, to serve you better!

  • Our new customer service phone number: (800) 345-3253
  • Our new customer service email: customerservice@daleproaudio.com
