Our Recap of the Virtual Show.

This year's AES Convention may have been virtual, but Dale Pro Audio was still there. We had a virtual booth loaded with engaging online content, meet and greets with our Sales Professionals, and giveaways of great gear.

Our team was of course still in search of the latest and greatest in new products and technologies from our vendor partners. This year's virtual show saw a lot of new releases geared to our world's "new normal" - plenty of at-home broadcasting or content creation gear. We also found some new networked audio solutions, new software releases, and more.

• Shure introduced the amazing MV7 broadcast microphone, taking everything you love from the legendary SM7B, adding USB and DSP functionality.
• Shure's MV5CUSB is a new microphone specially tailored to home office use, like web conferencing and live streaming.
• Shure also revealed a new line of lavaliers and headsets called DuraPlex.
• NUGEN Audio unveiled a new immersive reverb called Paragon.
• Audix is now shipping a new line of condenser microphones and headphones.
• Rupert Neve Designs introduced a series of new products: the Portico II Master Buss Processor, the Portico II Master Buss Converter, and the 5254 compressor.
• Mackie released a whole array of home content creator gear, including USB microphones and accessories.
• Focusrite Pro expanded the RedNet line with four new models, including their first Dante monitor controller.
• PreSonus showed a long-awaited AVB to Dante Bridge, allowing their StudioLive ecosystem to access the world of Dante audio.
• TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik is now shipping their TF-11 FET condenser microphone, both solo and in matched pairs.
